Most cleaning companies hand over keys and hope for the best. We don't. Every Summit Clean operative is trained in-house — in safety, method and the Summit Standard — before they ever work a site alone. It's the reason our cleans are consistent, and it's our biggest difference.
WHY TRAINING MATTERS
Wrong chemicals damage surfaces. Missed tasks become complaints. A cleaner who doesn't know the procedure isn't cutting corners maliciously — they were never shown how to do it properly.
We built the Summit Training Academy because the cleaning industry's biggest problem isn't effort. It's competence.

Every operative works through all modules before they work alone — and is reassessed regularly to keep standards high.

Training doesn't end at sign-off. Operatives are reassessed periodically, refreshed on site-specific updates, and re-certified — so standards hold long after the first clean.
HOW WE TRAIN
Every new operative completes Academy modules covering safety, COSHH and the Summit Standard before being assigned a site.
New team members work alongside an experienced lead until their work meets our standard consistently.
Only when a supervisor confirms competence — across tasks, equipment and Xota — does an operative work unsupervised.
Refreshers, site-specific updates and periodic audits keep standards high long after sign-off.

The Academy sets the standard. The Summit Standard defines what 'done' looks like. And Xota proves every task was completed to it — with photos, timestamps and GPS check-ins. Training, standard, proof. That's the loop.
