What's included in your office clean

Every Summit Clean office contract is built around a written cleaning specification agreed with you before we start, so there is never any ambiguity about what gets done and when. A typical programme covers desk and workstation sanitising, emptying and relining bins, vacuuming and mopping of all floor surfaces, cleaning of communal kitchens and breakout areas, full washroom cleaning and restocking, entrance and reception upkeep, meeting-room resets between uses, and the periodic deep cleaning of high-traffic zones. High-touch points — door handles, light switches, lift buttons, shared printers and kitchen appliances — are sanitised every visit as standard, and a full list of periodic tasks such as carpet extraction, hard-floor buffing and internal glass is scheduled into the contract calendar so nothing drifts.

Cleaning frequency options

Frequency is scoped to your footfall, not a generic package. Most clients run a daily or five-day programme, but we also deliver weekly, fortnightly and monthly schedules, as well as split-shift arrangements that place operatives on site across the morning and evening to keep two-shift offices covered without interrupting the working day. Schedules are reviewed every quarter against Xota audit data and adjusted as your headcount or layout changes.

The Summit Training Academy

Every operative completes the Summit Academy before they work unsupervised. The Academy is a structured in-house programme covering cleaning methodology, health and safety, COSHH, infection control, and the Summit Standard checklist — the same checklist every visit is signed off against. New team members shadow experienced supervisors until they are signed off, and refresher training runs continuously across the year.

Xota audits

Xota is our proof-of-clean platform. Operatives clock in with GPS, photograph completed tasks, and sign off the visit against the Summit Standard checklist in real time. The result is a timestamped, permanent audit trail you can open at any time — so quality is verified visit-by-visit, not promised in a proposal and forgotten.
